● What EU compliance would look like for this product – ingredients, labeling and registration.

● In the US, cosmetics and cosmetics ingredient are not regulated by chemical regulations like TSCA but by FDA. Naturally a lot of cosmetics brands assumes that it is the same in Europe, especially considering that there is a dedicated cosmetic regulation. Actually, many European brands or distributors thinks alike. But it is not the case, cosmetic products are definitely submitted to REACH and particularly to registration. Therefore, when importing cosmetic products in Europe it is required to define the quantities and regulatory obligations imposed to the individual substances composing the cosmetic products.
