IBA offers document authentication for documents that require legalization from the embassy or apostille from the Secretary of State, such as Letters of Authorization, product formulations, and Powers of Attorney.

Requesting a Document Authentication:

Please do the following:

• Fill out and submit the application form below
• Mail an original, notarized hard copy of the document to be apostilled/legalized to the IBA office.

• Provide payment with the appropriate fee as indicated on the invoice 

Pricing is the same as COFS and GMPs including certifications and domestic shipping costs.

• Qatar: Due to a change in government requirements,  IBA will no longer be able to process authenticated document requests for Qatar. If you require authenticated documents for Qatar, you will need to legalize those in the state the documents have been created.
