Delays at Texas Secretary of State for Apostille Documents:

Please be aware that the Texas Secretary of State is experiencing delays with apostille orders for Export Certificates due to staffing shortages and a high volume of requests. The estimated processing time is currently 8 weeks for Standard Apostille orders.

If timing is urgent for your apostille document needs, please consider Expediting your orders to avoid further delay. Expedited apostille orders will take approximately 1 week to complete, and the cost is $370 for each Expedited document.  

Notice on Export Certificates for the Middle East: The Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp has increased its price. Effective November 4, 2024, there is a $90 fee to add this stamp to your Export Certificate. Depending on the pathway, the Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp is now optional for Kuwaiti Export Certificates. The Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp remains optional for Egypt, Jordan, and Qatar Export Certificates. Please refer to the Certificate Fees section below for additional information.
