As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and accommodate our growing association needs, we are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new office location.

Important Notice for Users of IBA’s Export Certificate Programs:

Our Export Certificates Program will be closed from March 25-29 while we move.

• If your certificate shipment is expected to arrive on or before March 28, please send your documents to our current address: 16775 Addison Road, Suite 420, Addison, TX 75001.
• If your certificate shipment is expected to arrive AFTER March 28, send to our new address. For questions regarding the Export Certificate Program closure, contact certificates@independentbeauty.org
