Managing Principal/EVP – Middle Market & Specialty Programs Practice Leader (CIS & Psych)

Kennth is a Managing Principal/EVP of EPIC’s New York Middle Market Practice. He also manages and oversees two MGA Insurance Programs for EPIC, Cosmetic Insurance Services (CIS); & the Psychoanalytic Medical Malpractice Programs. 

Ken is directly responsible for managing the profitability and growth of all respective units under his direct supervision.  He is actively involved in all aspects of the business including but not limited to P&L Management, client relationship management, processes & workflow development, infrastructure---build out and maintenance, new business development, marketing, etc.  For the programs---he also directly oversees underwriting, program plan & design, carrier relationships, etc.

Ken has over 20 years of insurance brokerage experience predominantly focused in the programs space.  He specializes in creating competitive and creative insurance solutions for his customers.  He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance broker and is currently working towards his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Farleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Ken is actively involved with IBA, the Independent Beauty Association---formerly known as ICMAD-- and represents EPIC as IBA’s exclusive insurance broker of record and insurance consultant. He has also authored several insurance articles published in various trade publications.
